I ship promptly but if you take the surface post option (cheaper) please be patient for the item to arrive. I cannot be held responsible for delays at customs and the post office delivery. I have been getting dinged on a potential 5 star rating due to this and Canada Post's rates. Shipping amounts are listed or calcuated so if you don't like the amount please don't bid. Also, shipping to overseas addresses with surface post can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks delivery. Surface post to the US can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, depending on your location.

Payment is due within 5 days of invoicing after that I will file a non payment with ebay and relist the item.

There is no pick up or drop off service offered so please don't ask (thanks for understanding).

Once the item is in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control ( lettermail is not insured ) consider using expedited post to be able to track the item and get your parcel alot faster. The small pack options are insured against loss or damage and if something happens I will contact Canada Post immediately to file a claim.
